酶解法提取海南龙血树叶总皂苷的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了酶解法提取海南龙血树叶总皂苷的工艺.采用酶解-乙醇浸提,以龙血树叶总皂苷的提取率作为评价指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定提取海南龙血树叶总皂苷的最佳工艺.结果表明:最佳工艺条件是,酶质量浓度0.20 mg/mL,酶解温度50℃,pH=5.0,酶解时间为1.5 h,料液比1∶12.在此条件下,海南龙血树叶总皂苷提取率为4.13%.

Study on Extraction Technology of the Total Sponin from the Leaves of Dracaena Cambodiana Pierre ex Gagn by Enzymatic Hydrolysis

Abstract:The extraction technology for the total saponin from the leaves of Dracaena cambodiana Pierre ex C, agn by enzymatic hydrolysis was studied. By means of enzymatic hydrolysis and extraction by ethanol, the optimum extraction technology was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment, with the use of the extraction rate of the total saponin of the leaves of Dracaena cambodiana Pierre ex Gagn as the assessment index. The results showed that: the optimum conditions is, mass concentration of cellulase was 0.20 mg/ml, temperature was 50 ℃, pH is 5.0, time is 1.5 hour and solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 12, the extraction efficiency is 4.13% in this condition.
