General Positioning and Ideas in Solicitation of Comprehensive Scientific Journals

In response to difficult publication ,the disadvantage and advantage of solicitation of comprehensive scientific journals were analyzed ,the positioning and ideas of soliciting contributions were put forward .It is believed in this article that comprehensive scientific journals must be based on the features of discipline and resources ,on the academic leader engagement as a column editor .Col-umns must be set on the basis of resource features ,of the academic leaders＇profession ,the need of in-dustry in science and technology ,new branches of science and interdisciplines .
