| 摘 要： | 在国家中部崛起战略、中原经济区建设等政策背景下,本文以区域经济学的后发优势理论为基础,分析了实现河南跨越式发展的有利条件,千载难逢的政策机遇,独特的农业、区位、文化优势和总体向好的外部环境。提出科学发展路径,即重视"三化"协调发展;强调科技创新,重视地方高等教育;转变思维方式,利用文化"软资源",助推河南实现跨越式发展战略目标。
