| 摘 要： | 面临当前严峻的就业形势，很多大学毕业生在就业中遭遇挫折，产生不同程度的挫折心理。这些挫折心理的形成有客观和主观的原因，而且表现形式也多种多样，但是通过一定的策略可以减轻或消除这些挫折心理。
