| 摘 要： | 通过听取德国职业教育专题讲座、访问工商协会、考察德国不莱梅市职业教育公共实训基地,对德国的教育体系、职业教育与培训情况,尤其是对＂双元制＂职业教育模式的内涵、特点及效果进行了深入具体的探讨。借鉴德国职业教育发展,对我国职业教育发展提出自己的建议,要切实落实《职业教育法》,加强＂双师结构＂的教师队伍建设,加大政府对教育的经费投入力度,调动企业参与职业教育的积极性,共同推动职业教育的发展。
