| 摘 要： | 在高职教育发展的新阶段,高职院校必须走以提高教育教学质量和办学效益为核心目标的内涵发展之路。制度作为高职院校内涵发展的基础和灵魂,在建设过程中,要积极探索制度建设的规律、不断丰富制度建设的理论、主动把握制度建设的精髓、努力提升制度建设的水平,从而为高职院校的内涵发展铺平道路、搭建平台、提供保障。
