| 摘 要： | 河南省民营企业发展迅速，在河南省国民经济发展中占有重要地位。解决民营中小企业融资难问题，对于促进河南民营企业的发展、促进河南省经济发展和中原经济区的建设有很重要的意义。造成民营中小企业融资难的原因是多方面的，破解民营1中小企业融资难的困局需要深化改革，需要政策、制度、机制、管理等配套设计，需要政府、企业、金融机构等多方面采取措施。

| Abstract: | Rapid development of private enterprises in Henan province plays an important role in the national economic development. It is significant to solve the financing problems of small and medium - sized enterprises, promoting the development of private enterprises in the Central Plains Economic area of Henan. It is required to deepen reform, formulate policy and system and management, and various measures from government, enterprises, and financial institutions are needed. |
