省直管市城乡一体化水平监测分析及政策建议

为探究行政管理体制与城乡一体化之间的相关关系,以城乡一体化监测指标体系为基础,以河南省济源市、湖北省潜江市等4个城市为实证,运用模糊综合评价模型测度城乡一体化水平。测度结果表明,省直管市管理体制与城乡一体化水平存在正相关关系,为此有必要适当增加省直管市试点的数量,扩大现有省直管市的辖区范围,加快经济增长方式转型。

Monitoring Analysis and Policy Suggestion on Urban-rural Integration for Municipality Directly under the Provincial Government
