餐饮业绿色消费的推进策略研究

摘    要:餐饮业绿色消费在一定程度上具有“窗口指导”意义,有助于推动“两型社会”的形成与发展。餐饮业绿色消费受消费者心理特质、个人特征、社会环境和文化习俗等因素的综合影响。为此要大力强化社会公众在餐饮业绿色消费中的主体作用,不断加强餐饮企业在绿色消费中的载体作用,充分发挥政府部门对绿色消费的规范和引导作用。

Abstract:The green construction in catering services is of important effect of "window guidance". It will facili- tate the formation and development of resource - saving and environment - friendly society. The green construc- tion in catering services is influenced by psychological traits, personal characteristic, social environment and cultural customs. Promoting strategies as following should be essential: to reinforce the subjective role of consumers, to strengthen the carrier function of enterprises, and to give a full play to directing and normative roles of government.
