| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题是高等教育发展的一个重大问题,高等院校要适应毕业生就业市场的需求,适应社会的需求,科学定位,办出特色,提高质量。全面提高我院毕业生的就业质量,学院要采取措施,充分挖掘现有就业体制的潜力,加强考核,发挥学院在提高毕业生就业质量方面的主导作用。

| Abstract: | The issue of the graduates'employment is a major one during the development of higher education. The colleges should conform to the needs of the employment market and the society,fix the orientation with features and improve the quality.In order to improve the employment quality,our college should take measures to fully excavate the potentialities of the current employment system,to strengthen the check and to make the most of its leading roles in improving employment quality. |
