| 摘 要： | 个人存款账户实名制是我国储蓄制度的一项重大改革,在一定程度上起到了防止腐败、增加财政收入、刺激国内需求等积极作用,但在实行过程中,由于主、客观条件限制,表现出一定的局限性,需要加强相配套的措施。
