| Abstract: | It has been examined that alteration in activities of some isozymes of theliver,kidney,serum and gill in crucian carp(Curassius auratus L.)treatedwith different concentrations of aresenic in sedimend.The main results summari-zed as follow.After 30 days of the As 214.20mg/kg sediment treatment,activityof lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)in liver and kidney decresed sharply.Activity ofesterase isozymes incresed in liver,kidney,serum and gill,activity of catalaseisozymes in kidney and serum decreased,and acitivity of catalase isozymes inliver increased.The results above show that the damages of vigor of isozymesbecome incresed with the treatment of higher concentration and longer time ofarsenic in sediment. |
