| 摘 要： | 发现ＤＮＡ对萘酚与坚牢蓝盐的显色具有明显的增色效应。因此，今后在测定ＤＮＡ酯酶活性的实验中，必须排除这种增色效应的干扰。

| Abstract: | It was discovered that DNA had significant hyperchromic effect to the colored complex of naphthol with fast blue salt.So it is necessary to eliminate the interfering of this hyperchromic effect for determination easterase activity of DNA. |
