摘    要:采用等体积浸渍法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了Pd负载(用Pd/TiO2表示)和Pd掺杂(用Pd-TiO2表示)两类TiO2催化剂,用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis DRS等对其进行分析.结果表明,用溶胶-凝胶法制备Pd-TiO2,能有效抑制产物晶粒的增长和团聚,提高晶体的相转变温度和对可见光的吸收;而用浸渍法制备Pd/TiO2,虽然也能抑制晶粒的团聚,但在500 ℃焙烧温度下,产物晶相中便出现了金红石相,且晶粒大小比纯TiO2还大.将Pd-TiO2催化剂应用于气相甲苯光催化降解反应,得到了良好的效果,当n(Pd)/n(Ti)=0.3%时,Pd-TiO2催化剂的甲苯单程降解率达到45.1%.

Abstract:Two kinds of Pd-modified TiO2 catalysts were synthesized by sol-gel(Pd-TiO2) and impregnation method(Pd/TiO2),and characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis DRS.The results showed that the Pd-TiO2 catalysts prepared by sol-gel method can effectively suppress crystal particle growth and reunification,enhance crystal phase transition temperature and absorption of visible light.The Pd/TiO2 catalysts prepared by dipping can inhibit the reunion of the grain,but the rutile-type crystal phases occurred,and the crystallite size was larger than the pure TiO2 at calcination temperatures of 500 ℃.Application of Pd-TiO2 catalyst in photocatalytic degradation of gas-phase toluene got good results.The single-pass degradation rate of toluene reached 45.1% when the Pd/Ti atomic ratio was 0.3%.
