基于ANSYS的行星齿轮传动系统有限元分析

摘    要:应用有限元理论静态分析,对行星齿轮传动系统进行了结构静力学研究.将Pro/Engineer中建立的行星齿轮传动系统的行星架组件的三维实体模型导入ANSYS中生成行星架组件的有限元模型,进行结构静力学分析,得到了行星架组件的应力分布云图和位移分布云图,验证了行星架组件结构设计的合理性和正确性.

Abstract:The structure statics on planetary gear transmission system is studied by using the Finite Element Analysis,the planetary gear transmission system is built with 3D solid modeling software Pro/Engineer.After importing the planet carrier of the planetary gear transmission system into ANSYS,the finite element analyzing model is established.The statics of structures is analyzed on the model,and the nephograms of the stress distribution and displacement distribution are acquired.The structural design is shown to be rational and accurate.
