Na-KOH-MgO系列催化剂的合成与脱氢活性

摘    要:采用浸债和混炼等方法制备了Na-MgO,KOH-MgO和Na-KOH-MgO系列固体超强碱催化剂.微反脉冲法考察了各催化剂对乙醇脱氢反应的催化活性.结果表明金属Na的掺入明显改善脱氢活性.各系列催化剂的脱氢活性顺序为Na-KOH-MgO>Na-MgO>KOH-MgO>MgO,催化剂的预处理温度高于723K时,脱氢活性呈下降趋势.

Abstract:A series of catalysts, Na-MgO, KOH-MgO and Na-KOH-MgO, were prepared with impregnating and milling methods. The catalytic activity for dehydrogenation of ethanol were exaimined over a microreactor between 523 K and 623 K. The results indicated that sodium was of apparent promotional effect to MgO. The catalytic activity was in the order: Na-KOH-MgO > Na-MgO > KOH-MgO > MgO, and decreased with calcining temperature uper over 723 K. Active site for dehydrogenation was to be proposed involving the coordinatively unsaturated O and OH- on the surface of these catalysts.
