| Abstract: | The present paper gives the study on the ultrastructral changes of cryopreservedsperm of fishes:Cyprius carpio,M.idellus,H.molitrix,by using techniquesof scanning and transmission electron microscope.The results indicate thamembrance of frozon-thawed spermes in part is loosened,swollen or ruptured.flagellum is fractured or twisted,dense chromatin in head part is torn out andscatters at random,mitochondria in neck part swell and their inner structure aredestroyed. |
