张家界地方梨花粉形态的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:用扫描电镜观察了湖南张家界6个地方梨花粉形态特征,结果表明,它的形态基本一致,呈长球形;花粉粒大小及表面纹饰各异;麻糖梨花粉表面纹饰走向呈横向弯曲,几乎见不到穿孔;木米梨呈纵向平行,穿孔突出;青皮梨呈回旋状,穿孔;糖梨2号呈斜向平行,几乎见不到穿孔;三锅梨和糖利1号呈纵向平行,穿孔多百不明显,说明它们亲缘关系较近。

Abstract:Local pear pollens from Zhang Jia Jie in Hunan Province were examined with scanning electron microscope(SEM), The results showed that the shape of theses pollen grains is all prolate spheroid, and that the difference in their superficial fine structure was found. Pollen ornamentation of Ma Tang pear is curved crosswise, no pcrforation almost; and that of Mu Tou pear is parallel lengthwise, with marked perforation; Qing Pi pear has pollen grains with circle round striation and more perforation; Tang Pear No. 2 has pollen grains with slantwise parallel striation and no perforation almost; Both San Guo pear and Tang Pear No. 1 have pollen grains with lengthwise striation, more perforation which is indistinctive, their relationship is nearer.
