| Abstract: | Soil is the hub of the exchange of substances and energy in environmentalsystem.The investigation on soil animal community in Songbaizhen industrialdemonstrate that in the agrofields close to the pollution source and abundant inpolluted substances,the kind and amount of soil animal distinctly become less.The pollution of the agrofields in the Songbaizhen is mainly caused by theaccumulation of poisonous substance of heavy metals in soil.Through investig-ation,we have collected twenty kinds of soil animals,which can be divided intoten classes belonging to four phyla.As pollution degree goes up,the kinds andamount of soil animals decrease.In seriously-polluted feilds close to the pollu-tion source in Songbaizhen district,the average density of soil animals is17363.64/m~2,in moderately-polluted fields,18227.26/m~2,in slightly-pollutedfields,20636.37/m~2,in compare fields,28363.04/m~2. |
