| 摘 要： | 报导了杂交水稻亲本幼苗中脂肪酸测定的毛细管气相色谱分析法，研究了样品中脂肪酸的提取。用色－质联用仪对已分离脂肪酸进行了定性。分离效果好，定量的准确度高，方法的相对标准偏差小于１．５％。

| Abstract: | This article give a detailed report of the analysis of fatty acid in parent seedling of hybrid rice by capillary gas chromatography. Study the extraction of fatty acid in sample. Determine the chemical composition of separate fatty acid by Gas chromato Mass Spectrograph. The method has many advantages, such as good separate effect and high accuracy quanti tative result with relative standard deviation below 1.5%. |
