对雷电成因的探讨

对雷电的成历有多种理论解释。作者从分析带电液滴在地磁场中的运动出发，提出了一种雷电荷分防的新机制。并由斯托克斯公式建立了带电液滴所受空气动力与静电场力的平衡议程，由此估算了雷电场和雷电压的可能值。并利用此观点解释了一些常见的雷电现象，作为一家之言，以期同行探讨。

INQUIRE INTO THE CAUSE FOR THE FORMATION OF THUNDER-LIGHTNING

Many theories try to explain the formation of thunder\|lightnign.In the present paper,a new mechanism of the formation of thunder\|lightnign is proposed on the bases of analyses for the motion of charged\|liquid\|drops in terrestrial magnetic field.The equilibrium equations describing the motion of the charged\|liquid\|drops under both the action of atmospheral and electrostatical forces are constructed with the help of C.G.Stokes formula.According to these equations the possible values of the strength and voltage of thunder\|lightning are obtained.Finally,some common phenomena are explained in the light of this viewpoint.
