| 摘 要： | 给予人LGC-7910细胞甘肃猫儿眼提取物体外培养,采用流式细胞仪、MTT法对甘肃猫儿眼提取物细胞毒性活性进行了检测.结果为,分别给予LGC-7910细胞甘肃猫儿眼提取物10.0、1.0和0.1μg/mL 48 h后测定,对细胞增殖的抑制率分别为82.4%、54.9%和33%,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.53μg/mL;凋亡率分别为32.1%、25.6%和16.3%.
