摘    要:以水为溶剂,在相转移催化剂和碱存在下,对羟基苯甲酸和氯化苄同时发生酯化反应和醚化反应,生成对苄氧基苯甲酸苄酯.当对羟基苯甲酸与氯化苄、碳酸钠、四丁基溴化铵的物质的量比为1:3:5:0.15时,在水中回流4h,产率可迭94.2%.在常规方法的基础上,利用微波加热技术,高效地合成了对苄氧基苯甲酸苄酯,反应20min,产物的最高收率达95.2%.

Abstract:The p-benzyloxy benzyl benzoate was directly synthesized by esterification and etherization reactions simuhaneously of benzyl chloride and p-hydroxybenzoic acid in the presence of phase transfer catalyst,Na2CO3,and water. When the temperature was 100℃,and the reaction time was 4 h, when n(p- hydroxybenzoic acid) : n(benzyl chloride) : n(Na2CO3) : n(TBAB) = 1 : 3 : 5 : 0.15,the yield was up to 94.2 %. On the basis of a routine method by using microwave technology,when the microwave power was 750 W, and the irradiation time was 20 min, the yield of the p-benzyloxy benzyl benzoate was up to 95.2%.
