摘    要:以核反应堆冷却剂泵为研究对象,探讨导叶叶片出口角对核主泵性能的影响。首先选取三个核主泵,在只改变导叶叶片出口角的情况下,构建新的导叶和核主泵,通过数值模拟预测核主泵性能,并分析导叶叶片出口角变化前后核主泵性能参数及内部流场的分布情况。结果显示:对于所选取的三个核主泵,当导叶叶片出口角减小后,核主泵的效率最低提高0.66%,扬程最低上升0.15m。其次,采用方格网保角变换法设计导叶叶片骨线时,相对于骨线的形状,叶片出口角对核主泵性能的影响更大;但是在方格网中,当叶片骨线为直线时,导叶内部的压力和速度比叶片骨线为曲线时变化更加均匀。另外,导叶可以将流体动能转化为压力能,同时又起着导流作用将从叶轮流出的液体导入蜗壳,但是导叶提供给蜗壳的流体的参数对核主泵性能参数的影响更大,为导叶的后续研究提供了参考依据。

Influence of Outlet Angle of Guide Vane on Performance of Nuclear Main Pump
Abstract:The influence of outlet angle of guide vane on performance of nuclear main pump is discussed by taking reactor coolant pump.First,choose three nuclear main pumps,and build new guide vanes and nuclear main pumps under the circumstance of only changing outlet angle of guide vane,then analyze distribution of performance parameters and inner flow field before and after the changes of outlet angle of guide vane. The results indicate that when outlet angle of guide vane in the three nuclear main pump chosen decreases, the lowest increase of efficiency of nuclear main pump is 0.66%,and the lowest lift is 0.15 m.Second,outlet angle of guide vane has a bigger influence on performance of nuclear main pump than shapes of bone line when designing bone line of guide vane by conformal mapping method of grid square.However,the change of inner pressure and speed of guide vane is more well-distributed when bone line of guide vane is curve rather than straight in grid square.Besides,guide vane can transfer fluid dynamic energy to pressure energy and guide liquid from vane wheel to volute as as liquid guiding role as well.Whereas the latter that is pa-rameter of fluid to volute from guide vane has a bigger influence on performance parameter of nuclear main pump,which provides a reference for the further research on guide vane.
