| 摘 要： | 通过动物实验探讨了莪术对硫酸镍诱发大鼠鼻咽癌前病变的影响，结果表明，莪术对硫酸镍诱发大鼠鼻咽癌前病变有明显抑制作用，对照组良性病变率为５．９％，造模组癌毅病变率为９５．７％，而莪术Ｉ组为５４．２％，莪术Ⅱ组为４８．０％，四组病变检出率在统计学上均有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），讨论了莪术抑制癌前病变的可能机理。

| Abstract: | The effect of curcumol on nasopharyngeal precanc erous lesions of rats induced by NiSO 4 was stadied.The results indicated that curcumol could inhibit the nasopharyngeal precancerous lesions of rats induced b y NiSO 4.The rates of precancerous lesions in control,model,curcumol 1 and cur cumol 2 groups were 5.9%,95.7%,54.2% and 48.0% respectively,and there were sign ificant differences( P <0.01)among these groups.The possible mechanism of cur cumol constraining precancerous lesions has been discussed. |
