中药天胞康对大鼠子宫活动力及子宫肌瘤抑制作用的实验研究

摘    要:以Wistar大鼠为实验材料,肌肉注射雌激素建立子宫肌瘤动物模型,用四导生理记录仪结合光镜检查中药天胞康(TBK)对大鼠子宫肌瘤的抑制作用,在体子宫收缩力的影响以及子宫组织学变化。结果表明:(1)雌激素是诱发子宫肌瘤形成和生长的主要因素;(2)天胞康能增强大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩张力,收缩频率,收缩幅度和活动力,效果显著高于宫血宁(P<0.01-0.001);(3)镜检结果表明,模型组大鼠子宫内膜腺体大量增生,子宫肌层增厚,肌纤维纵横交错界限不清,核较密集肥大,呈活跃增生的现象,有的肌纤维结构消失,子宫腔内充满分泌液,子宫体明显增大,在息隐(XY)组,子宫内膜层腺体增生程度,子宫肌层增生的现象以及子宫体增大等变化小于模型组,TBK预防组子宫内膜上皮呈柱状排列,子宫肌层肌纤维界限清楚,核呈梭形或椭圆形,腺体和子宫肌层未见增生的现象,TBK治疗组,增生的腺体基本恢复正常,内膜上皮及肌层肌纤维排列整齐,子宫体明显缩小。由此实证,天胞康对雌激素具有明显的对抗作用,能预防子宫肌瘤的形成,抑制子宫肌瘤的生长,对已形成的子宫肌瘤具有治疗作用,效果显著高于息隐(P<0.01-0.001)。

EFFECTS OF TIANBAOKANG ON THE ACTIVITY OF UTERI AND INHIBITION OF HYSTEROMYOMA OF RATS

Abstract:The hysteromyoma models were copied by giving Wistar rats an injection of estrin(im). After feeding tianbaokang (TBK), the inhibition effects of TBK on the inhibition of hysteromyoma, contractility of internal uteri and the structural changes of uteri of rats were examined with 4\|physiologic recording instrument and microscopy. The results showed that estrin was the main factor which caused hysteromyoma to happen and grow; the contraction frequency, contraction tension, contraction amplitude and the activity of utrine smooth muscle were higher by feeding TBK than by feeding gongxuening ( P <0.01~0.001).Microscopic observation showed that there appeared the preliferation of cells such as the endometrial glands polar hyperplasia, criss-cross myometrial fibers and hypertrophy of nuclei crowded together; on the contrary, other structures of the myometrial fibers were disappearing, the uterine cavity was full of secretory juice and the body of uterus distinct grew up in model group. All above-mentioned changes in the characteristics of uteri were minor in xiyin(XY) group. All characteristics of uteri in TBK prevention group were the same as those of that group of no mal rats. Lots of changed characteristics of uteri in TBK treated group were recovered similar to that of no mal rats. Results suggest that antagonistic effect of TBK on estrin is obvious, which can prevent and treat the case of hysteromyoma. It is quite evident that the treatment effect of TBK is better than that of XY( P <0.01~0.001).
