| 摘 要： | 通过对目前山东天然气市场状况的分析,认为存在的主要问题是天然气输配市场结构不合理、气源紧张、应急保障能力还不到位、市场竞争无序化、管理主体的模糊化、安全监管还不到位等,并有针对性的提出了解决这些问题的具体措施.

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the current situation chief problems about natural gas market are put forward.For example,the natural gas distribution is unreasonable,its supply is unsatisfactory,the market competition is in disorder and the organization of management is not confirmed.Many deep-roated problems are discussed and related concrete measures are presented here. |
