| 摘 要： | 利用近４００ａ资料，分析了太阳黑子与厄尔尼诺，西北区降水的关系，结果表明，太阳黑子低值年和谷年易出现厄尔尼诺事件，在太阳黑子谷年易旱。

| Abstract: | By data of nearly 400 years,the relations between sunspots and El Nino ElNino as well as the precipitation in Northwest China are studied.It is shown that El Nino years will easily occur when the number of sunspots reduced to 70 and severe droughts will occur in its valley years. |
