基于污水V型调节球阀流阻特性分析

摘    要:应用CFD数值分析方法对调节阀内部流体流动特性进行分析,以标准k-ε模型为依据,对V型调节球阀在不同开度和压差下的流场进行模拟分析.对比分析了牛顿流体和非牛顿流体在调节阀不同压差和不同开度下的流阻系数和调节阀流阻特性.并绘制不同开度、压差下流阻系数的线形图.结果表明:随着压差变化流阻系数变化不明显,随着开度的增大流阻系数逐渐减小.

Abstract:The CFD simulation method was a control valve. Based on the standard k-ε model openings and under differential pressures was dopted to analyze the internal fluid flow characteristics of the , the flow field of v-type regulating ball valves with different simulated. The flow resistance coefficient of Newtonian fluid and that of non-Newtonian fluid in different conditions were compared and analyzed. The linear graph of the flow resistance coefficient with different openings and under different pressures were drawn and the flow resistance characteristics of regulating valves was summarized. The flow resistance coefficient did not change significantly with the change of pressure difference, the flow resistance coefficient decreased withthe increase of the opening.
