甘肃地区冬虫夏草液体发酵研究

摘    要:自甘肃地区采摘的冬虫夏草子座和内核菌上经组织分离得到冬虫夏草菌,经形态学鉴定为中国被毛孢,利用该菌株进行液体发酵.结果表明:温度18℃、溶氧量160 r/min、接种量10%、pH自然;优化配方为:葡萄糖30 g/L、蚕蛹粉20 g/L、KH2PO4 1.0 g/L、MgSO4·7H2O 0.9 g/L,2 g/L(NH4)2SO4+0.1 g/L VB1,发酵8天可得菌丝体产率为17.36 g/L.

Abstract:The pure culture spawn,obtained by tissue isolation from cordyceps sinensis picked in the mountainous areas of Gansu Province,was identified as Hirsutella sinensis by morphological observations.The yield of mycelium reached 17.36 g/L by optimizing liquid fermentation conditions.The results showed that the yield of mycelium was successively related to glucose,silkworm pupa protein powder (SPP),KH2PO4,and MgSO4 · 7H2O.The optimized liquid fermentation conditions was as follows:temperature of 18 ℃,dissolved oxygen amount of 160 r/min,inoculation level of 10%,30 g/L glucose,20 g/L SPP,1.0 g/L KH2PO4,0.9 g/L MgSO4 · 7H2O,2 g/L (NH4)2SO4 and 0.1 g/L VB1.
