圆管相贯节点的承载力性能研究

摘    要:采用Ansys非线性有限元分析软件,对Y型圆管相贯节点主支管在承受拉应力和压应力不同的轴向力组合作用下节点的承载力性能和应力分布规律进行分析,对节点提出加强措施.分别在主支管相贯区鞍部设一个加强环以及在相贯区鞍部和冠部设3个加强环,并对加强环的尺寸进行改变.研究了不同节点的承载力和变形性能.并对加强环节点进一步提出改进措施,为工程设计施工提供有益的参考.

Abstract:With the method of Ansys non-linear finite element analysis, the strength and stress distributing laws of circular tubular Y-joints under the tension or compression, are studied and analyzed. Measures to strengthen the tubular joints are proposed. One, stiffened ring is set at the saddle and three stiffened rings are set separately at the saddle points and the crown point, and their size should be changed. The ultimate capacity and deformation performance of these joints are discussed, further improvements are suggested to provide beneficial references for project design and construction.
