山楂果实生长期间黄酮醇类物质的动态变化

摘    要:本文系统测定了山楂果实生长期间黄酮与内源植物激素的动态变化,对比测定了几种山楂果实的黄酮含量。结果表明这几种山楂所含的黄酮均为黄酮醇类:芦丁、金丝桃甙和槲皮素。黄酮醇含量的变化出现了三次高峰值,分别在花后79、107和131天,IAA与槲皮素的变化趋势一致;GA_3水平则与黄酮醇的消长相反。本文也讨论了黄酮醇与植物激素以及抗性的相关性。

Abstract:The dynamic changes of flavonols and the endogenous phytohonmones were investigated sys-tematically during the growing period of hawthorn fruits(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var majorN. E.Br)the flavonol levels in a few of variety of hawthorn fruits were measured by contrasts. The results showed that the flavone in those hawthorn fruits belong to flavonols,includingrutin, hyperoside and quercetin.There were three peak values in the change of flavonol levelsduring fruit growing,appearing separately in 79th, l07th and l31th days after anthesis. Thechanging tendency in the level of IAA with quercetin was coincident,but the GA_3 level was onthe contrary with the growth and decline of flavonols.The relationship of flavonols with phyto-hormones and drought resistance is discussed in this paper.
