| 摘 要： | 采用直接皂化法提取枸杞中脂肪酸，对宁夏枸杞中脂肪酸进行GC-MS分析，结果表明：宁夏枸杞中不饱和脂肪酸较为丰富，占总脂肪酸的45．59％．其中亚油酸含量达30．92％，为主要不饱和脂肪酸，另外还检测出少量亚麻酸，它们均为人体必须的脂肪酸．这些脂肪酸具有降低血压、调节血脂水平、增强胰岛素功能、防止动脉粥样硬化、防衰老、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等功效，很可能是枸杞具医药保健作用的活性物质．

| Abstract: | The fatty acid in Lycium barbarum is separated by saponification. The result shows：the unsaturated fatty acids are comparatively abundant in the Lycium barbarum and account for 45.59% of the to- tal. Among them the content of linoleic acid is up to 30. 92%,which is mainly unsaturated. In addition a small amount of linolenic acid has been detected. It is also necessary for human body. They can debase blood pressure and hyperlipidmia accommodation and strengthen the pancreatic function and prevent atherosclerosis,ete. So we all know Lvcium harharum is good for health protection. |
