摘    要:采用伯努利方程数值计算、流体动力学(CFD)、FLUENT数值计算模拟叶轮非定常流场的变化规律,定量分析影响指定大型离心泵使用寿命的关键性技术指标,结果表明:此型号大型离心泵实际工作流量大于设计流量(Q≥4 438.77 m3/h)时,叶轮入口就会形成△β≤-5.14°的负冲角,离心泵扬程H≤58 m,发生汽蚀现象.

Abstract:Based on the numerical calculation of Bernoulli’s equation,fluid dynamics(CFD) and FLUENT numerical simulation of unsteady impeller variation,the key technical indicators of service life of large centrifugal pumps are analyzed in a quantitative way.The result shows that when the actual work flow of this large centrifugal pump is larger than the designed flow(Q≥4 438.77 m3/h),will form at the impeller entrance and a phenomenon of cavitation will take place at the pump head H≤58 m,a negative angle of attack Δβ≤-5.14°.
