| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了高碱度烷基水杨酸镁的合成工艺，考察并讨论了各因素对高碱度化过程及产品质量的影响，给出了适宜的产品质量控制区域；代表性产品的冷冻蚀刻电镜照片显示了其具有较均匀且粒度小于２００Ａ胶体粒子结构；产品实验室模拟评定及１１３５Ｄ＿２台架评定结果表明，其质量及性能接近或达到国外同类剂的水平。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the manufacturing technology of overbased magnesium alkylsalicylate,and discusses the influence of reaction conditions on the overbasifying process,giving out thecontrolled batch ratio area. The freeze-etching microscopic picture of the typical sample showedthe tiny micellar structure(smaller than 200A),the results of laboratory and 1135D_2 bench testevaluation show the quality of our products have reached those of the products abroad. |
