摘    要:采用X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段,研究了Cu-MoSi2粉末在球磨过程中的组织形态特征以及微观结构的变化.结果表明:混合粉末在球磨过程中表现出先形成机械包裹体再破碎细化的演变过程;球磨60 h混合粉末性能最佳,Cu的最小晶粒尺寸为14.4 nm,MoSi2的最小晶粒尺寸为24.1 nm;混合粉末中MoSi2表现出衍射峰强度和晶粒尺寸先减小后变大,而显微应变先增大后快速减小的反常现象.

Abstract:The structural and morphological characters and the microstructure changes of Cu-MoSi2 mixed powder were studied by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electrical microscopy and energy spectrum analyses.The results showed that the composite powder presented the following evolvement process during milling:first forming mechanically coated bodies and then being crashed and refined.The composite powder had the optimal property when the least crystal size of copper was 14.4nm and that of MoSi2 was 24.1nm after ...
