| 摘 要： | 以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础建立运力发展模型,定量分析甘肃省营运载货汽车数量与汽车货运量的关系,结果表明营运载货汽车处于规模回报递减和总量过剩状态,进一步说明运力结构调整的必要性.通过运力发展模型计算出满足特定需求的冷藏保温车和集装箱运输车的理论配置数量,为专用车型的投放计划提供参考.并列举了行政管理部门进行运力结构调整的政策保障. |
