Fe元素掺杂TiO_2纳米晶结构和光物理性质研究

摘    要:使用反胶束方法,制备TiO2纳米溶胶和Fe元素掺杂TiO2纳米溶胶,通过提拉涂覆及热处理方法在玻璃基底上形成一定厚度的二氧化钛纳米薄膜和Fe掺杂二氧化钛纳米薄膜,并且在不同温度下对陈化干燥后的TiO2凝胶和Fe元素掺杂TiO2凝胶进行热处理,得到不同粒径的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶体和Fe元素掺杂TiO2纳米晶体.研究表明,700℃热处理纳米晶的晶粒粒径远远大于500°C纳米晶的粒径,500℃热处理得到的Fe元素掺杂TiO2纳米晶体薄膜的可见区光学活性不如未掺杂的TiO2纳米晶薄膜,而700℃热处理条件得到的Fe元素掺杂TiO2纳米晶体薄膜的在可见区光学活性远优于未掺杂的TiO2纳米晶体薄膜.高温处理得到的Fe元素掺杂TiO2纳米晶体薄膜将在太阳能光催化和光电转换等方面具有潜在的应用前景.

Abstract:A series of TiO2 nano-films and Fe doped TiO2 nano-films were made from TiO2 nano reverse micelles sol and Fe doped TiO2 nano reverse micelles sol by dip coating method and heat treating under 500 ℃ and 700 ℃,and the TiO2 nano crystalline powder and Fe doped TiO2 nano crystalline powder were made from aged TiO2 gel and aged Fe doped TiO2 gel by heating under 500 ℃ and 700 ℃.The XRD results suggested the all the TiO2 nano crystalline is anatase.The TEM research results showed that the particle diameter of TiO2 nano crystalline under 700℃ heat treatment is larger than that under 500 ℃ heat treatment.The UV absorption spectrum showed that under 500 ℃ heat treatment,Fe doped TiO2 nano films have less optics activity than TiO2 nano films and under 700 ℃ heat treatment,Fe doped TiO2 nano films have much more optics activity than TiO2 nano films due to their large particles diameter and still in anatase crystalline.
