我国综合性大学教师教育培养模式及其走向

摘    要:师范教育的结构调整和逐步开放.使教师教育职前培养模式发生了很大的变化.综合性大学教师教育职前培养的几种主要模式都在一定程度上存在主修教师教育专业的学生人数少、教育实习不充分、教师教育处于边缘化等不足.综合性大学教师教育职前培养模式进行了新的探索,出现了新的发展趋势.

Abstract:With the structural adjustment and progressive opening of teacher education,there has been a great change in its training patterns.Some of the main patterns of the pre-service teacher education have been deficient to some extent,such as the lack of teachers in teacher education specialty,the inadequacy of teaching practice,the marginalization of teacher education,and so on.The training patterns of pre-service teacher education are newly explored and have some new development trend.
