| Abstract: | With the coming of China mass higher education,the issues about the quality of higher education come into being gradually.Building teaching team in colleges plays a more and more important role in promoting the teaching reform and enhancing the teaching quality.Based on the characteristics of teaching team in all stages,the strategies of college teaching team building are probed to provide reference for teaching team building in the current colleges. |
