| 摘 要： | 21世纪,高等教育面临着前所未有的挑战,因而关注教育规律,探索有效利用教育资源的途径,着力开展高教研究工作便更显重要.本文从新世纪对高等教育研究的要求出发,探析当前高教研究机构存在的问题及原因,从而对加强高教研究机构和队伍的建设提点建议.
