| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育进入了内涵式发展阶段.软实力建设成为新时期高职院校办学的重要课题.论文从学校精神、办学理念、办学特色、学校品牌、学校文化、学校形象建设等几方面采阐述高职院校的软实力建设.认为软实力走高职院校综合实力的重要体现,软实力蕴含着极其丰富的"隐性资源",折射着高职院校发展的潜力,最终体现为高职院校对社会的影响力以及对优秀学生的吸引力.
