| Abstract: | In higher vocational colleges, "teachers with double qualifications"should be proficient in more than two expertise on the basis of broad cultural knowledge, and in particular be of many technical knowledge, gradually forming a "II"shape of the knowledge structure. Thus they can get complementary knowledge,upgraded operations skill, enhanced adaptability and creativity. |
