| 摘 要： | 概括了我国森林土壤微生物的生态分布、微生物生物量及多样性研究的方法及现状．认为对于森林土壤功能微生物分布的研究、土壤微生物量的研究、土壤微生物多样性的深入研究、以及土壤微生物生态研究方法的改进与提高将成为当前和今后土壤微生物生态学研究的重点．
