谈谈短跑运动的代谢与训练问题

摘    要:人体在运动时,能量供应过程是比较复杂的。本文着重从能量代谢的几个方面:肌肉纤维的特性及其酶活性、能源物质的含量、无氧代谢的供能特点及其调节等,进一步阐明短跑运动的生理生化特点。因为不同的运动项目其能量代谢特点也有所不同;为此,了解运动时的代谢特点是进行运动训练、制订训练计划、选择训练方法、掌握运动量的重要理论根据;在此基础上才能制订出较为科学的合理的训练计划。同时,运动实践证明,各种运动项目的代谢特点与运动成绩相关,如优秀短跑运动员其无氧代谢所占的比例相对大些,而且在跑运动中占主要地位。

Abstract:This paper charifys the characteristics of physiology and biochemistryin dash at the fellowing aspects: The characteristics of the muscle fiber andthe enzymatie activity, Cmtent of the Substance of energy, the characteri-stics of energy supply and regulation in anaerobic metabolism. There is di-fferent characterristics in energy supply in different events. It's very impo-rtant basis to know the characteristics of energy supply for arranging trainclass, drawing up the training plane, choseing trainivg method, providingscientific training plane above this bosis. Training practice expresses thatthe metabolic characteristics is interrelated execises result in every event.For example: elite dash man has the higher leval anaerolic metabolism andthe anaeroblic metablism is very important in dash.
