| 摘 要： | 经过多年的教学实践研究，总结出青年长拳的教学十法，这套方法的主要特点是：以弘扬中华武术提高认识为主导，以加强武术基本功练习为基础，以熟练青年长拳的套路和攻、防技击为重点，坚持课内外结合，以实现武术教学的多功能效益的目标，把武术教学与健身、防身、育人、娱乐等紧密结合起来，收到了良好的效果．

| Abstract: | Through years of reforms and experience in teaching Youth Long-Fist,we have summed up ten practical teaching methods. These methods aim at expanding the Chinese Wushu and cnhancing its basic forming, and play emphasis on the haing of basic all of Youth Long-Fist and the techniques of attaking and defending, and on indoor and outdoor teaching. Combining the teaching of Wushu with body-strengthening,moral,education and amusement, there methods have achieVed good result. |
