EVALUATION AND QUALITY DIAGNOSIS OF E-COMMERCE WEBSITE BASED ON DEA MODEL

Evaluation of e-commerce website is an efficient means to guide the construction and healthy development of electronic commerce.Research of evaluating methods of e-business website has recently got considerable attention from researchers and practitioners.The paper proposed a method for measuring the efficiency of real-world c-commerce websites based on DEA model,which avoids the subjectivity and uncertainty in determining criteria weights.Moreover,for the weak-DEA or non-DEA effective websites,the quality diagnosis had been done,and the approaches to improve their performance were expatiated.A demonstrating example was showed which testified the efficiency and feasibility of the method.
