褐云玛瑙螺不同组织的酯酶同工酶研究

摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了褐云玛瑙螺(Achatina fulica)的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、胃、嗉囊、足、外套膜、两性腺、输卵管、蛋白腺、卵及卵壳腺等十二种不同组织中的酯酶同工酶,基本谱型可见15条谱带,实验结果表明不同组织间同工酶谱存在差异。具有组织学结构近似的组织,同工酶酶谱上反映差异较小,而执行不同生理功能的组织其差异明显。

Abstract:In this paper, we used polyacrylamic gel electrophorisis method to analyse esterase isozymes from 12 different kinds of tissues in Achatina fulica, i. e. heart, liver, kidney, stomach, crop, foot, mantle, ovotestis, oviduct, albumin gland, egg and egg shell gland. The results indicate that. There are 15 isozyme bands of the basic pattern, but the esterase isozymes of different tissues exhibit different bandings. The tissues with similar histological property or with similar physiological function exhibit less differences on the esterase isozyme bandings, and the tissues earring out different physiological function exhibit obvious differences.
