降解大豆甾醇微生物菌株的诱变研究

摘    要:采用紫外线照射、NTG、5-BU等化学诱变剂或二者结合复合诱变处理对大豆甾醇有较强降解能力的野生型节杆菌A-6,得到对雄甾-1,4-二烯-3,17-二酮(ADD)分解酶缺陷型菌株,实验结果表明:诱变菌株可使大豆甾醇的转化率达95%以上,ADD产率达45%左右。

Abstract:Weld-type Arthrobacter A-6,which has a strong capability to degrade soybean sterol,was treated by UN-ray and/or chemical mutagenic reagent such as NTG,5-BU etc.and a andro-1,4-diene-3,17-dione(ADD) decompose enzyme defective type strain was obtained.When soybean sterol was treated by the strain,the degradation rate was over 95% and yield rate of ADD was about 45%.
