CaMoO_4:Eu~(3+)荧光粉的制备及发光性质

摘    要:利用共沉淀法制备了纳米CaMoO4∶Eu3+发光粉体.并对不同掺杂浓度和不同煅烧温度下所制备的CaMoO4∶Eu3+发光粉体进行室温发光性质的研究.在室温下观测到CaMoO4∶Eu3+样品具有较强的Eu3+离子特征发射.通过对不同煅烧温度下样品发射谱的对比,发现800℃下煅烧的样品,荧光强度最强,样品的晶相与发射性质的研究表明:所制备的样品经不同温度热处理后,晶相与标准卡07-0212一致,荧光强度与Eu3+离子掺杂浓度关系研究表明:在不同掺杂浓度中,Eu3+离子浓度为20%时,其相对发射强度最强.在四个不同的煅烧温度中,经800℃煅烧的样品其发光效果最好.此外,还观察到基质与Eu3+之间的能量传递.CaMoO4∶Eu3+与CaWO4∶Eu3+的激发谱、发射谱进行比对,并且通过计算发现M6+-O的共价键比W6+-O结合的强.

Abstract:Eu3+ doped CaMoO4 nanocrystalline powders were prepared by chemical co-precipitation are made.The crystal structures and the room temperature emission properties of the samples with different doping concentrations of Eu3+ and at different sintering temperature,were respectively determined. It was found that the red emission intensity of the sample CaMoO4∶20%Eu3+ sintered at 800 ℃ was the strongest.The results of XRD showd that the crystal structures of the resultant samples were consistent with the standard card.Energy transfer was also observed between the host and Eu3+.In addition,the emission spectrum and excitation spectrum of CaMoO4∶Eu3+ were compared with those of CaWO4∶Eu3+,and the intensity parameters Ω2 and Ω4 were calculated.The results showd that the interaction between Mo6+ and O is stronger than that of W6+and O.
